Show the property to prospective tenants

Screen prospective tenants for evictions
or negative credit, verify employment, income and rental
history

Prepare and execute lease agreement and
required disclosures with qualified tenant
- Collect monthly rents
- Coordinate any necessary maintenance with competent, insured
service people
- Clients pay our actual cost for advertising, repair services,
etc. and benefit from our contracts and relationships
- Pay bills associated with the property, i.e. mortgage,
taxes, utilities, etc.
- Prepare and serve legal notices as required to enforce
the terms of the lease
- Provide owners with a computerized monthly income and expense
statement including all original bills
